Nano Brows

Fuller, bolder, perfectly defined — crafted stroke by stroke with a tattoo machine for results that last.

Nano Brows treatment — Aesthetics by Erina, Wylie TX
Overview

Brows built to last.

Nano Brows use a fine-tipped tattoo machine to deposit pigment in precise, hair-like strokes — mimicking the natural flow of your brow hairs for a fuller, more defined look. Where microblading uses a manual blade for ultra-soft, natural strokes, the machine technique excels on oily or mature skin types, delivering especially consistent, long-lasting results.

The result is naturally full brows with a slightly bolder presence — still tailored to your face shape, still completely you. Using premium pigments matched to your ideal shade, every set is mapped and designed before a single stroke is placed.

Preparation & aftercare

What to expect.

  • 30 days prior: pause Retin-A, tanning/sunburn, Botox injections, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
  • A few days before: skip eyebrow waxing, threading, and tinting.
  • 24 hours before: avoid blood thinners (Aspirin, Advil, Ibuprofen, Niacin) and alcohol.
  • Day of: no stimulants — coffee, caffeine, sauna, working out, or tanning.
  • Makeup is welcome; the brow and forehead area will be cleaned before treatment.
  • Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for paperwork. Late arrivals may need to reschedule.

  • Your brows will appear thick, bold, and dark immediately after — this is completely normal.
  • Mild swelling, soreness, or redness may occur and typically subsides within a day or two.
  • After 10–14 days of healing, color will lighten up to 40% and brows will appear softer and more natural.
  • No two brows are perfectly symmetrical — slight variation creates a beautifully natural effect.

  • Days 3–7: brows will peel and itch — do not scratch or pick. Let scabs shed naturally.
  • First 10 days: keep brows dry and product-free (except what I prescribe). Avoid long hot showers and sleeping face-down.
  • For 30 days: avoid sun exposure, tanning, light therapies, and facial treatments (peels, microdermabrasion, laser).
  • SPF and hats protect your pigment and extend the life of your brows significantly.
Common questions

Nano Brows FAQs.

Microblading uses a hand tool with a manual blade to create ultra-fine, soft strokes — ideal for normal-to-dry skin. Nano Brows use a digital tattoo machine with a single ultra-fine needle, which works especially well for oily or mature skin types. The result is slightly fuller and bolder than microblading, but still natural-looking.

Most clients handle it very well. Some mild discomfort is normal, but a topical anesthetic is available for those who are concerned about pain. Most describe the sensation as light pressure or vibration.

Approximately 2–3 hours. We spend a significant portion of that time mapping your ideal shape and selecting your shade before any pigment is applied — precision is everything.

Nano Brows are semipermanent and typically last 1–3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. Annual touch-ups keep them looking fresh and defined.

Every client receives a 6-week perfecting appointment included in the price. Once your brows are fully healed, we can refine any missing strokes or adjust the shape — it's part of the process, not an extra charge.

Clients must be 18 or older to receive Nano Brows without parental consent. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign at the appointment.

I'm unable to perform Nano Brows on clients with diabetes, severe scarring, keloids, eczema, psoriasis, or other active skin conditions at the brow area. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients require a doctor's permission. Please check with your physician for any other conditions before booking.
